I was responsible for delivering something that had to be right, visually and structurally, in a very public space. When I first saw Metalistik’s work, I was honestly floored. It looked almost too perfect. And that was the problem… they’re in Australia, and I’m in Florida. That’s a long way to send money and trust that what shows up will match what you saw online.From the very beginning, Jason eliminated that concern.He walked me through every step of the process, answered every question, and worked closely with me on color to make sure it was exactly right for a very specific poolside installation. This wasn’t a simple order. It required adjustments, scale, and precision. He even created additional panels so the final installation would have the presence it needed.Shipping something like this internationally was another concern, but it arrived perfectly packaged and fully protected. Not a single issue.And then we opened it.Our jaws just dropped. The craftsmanship, the finish, the depth… it was even better than what we saw online.Once installed, the reaction has been the same across the board. Every single person who sees it stops and says the same thing: “Wow.”If you’re hesitating because of distance or logistics, don’t. They delivered exactly what they promised, and then some.
