Metalistik has been creating high-quality metal wall art and custom metal designs for over 25 years. Our reputation is built on exceptional craftsmanship, premium materials, and outstanding customer service.

Will my artwork look exactly like the photos?

Our artworks are professionally photographed under bright cool white lighting to showcase their colours, textures, and details. The appearance of the artwork may vary depending on your lighting conditions and display location.

Please note that colours may also appear slightly different on various computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices.

As many of our artworks are individually crafted, slight variations in colour, texture, and pattern are normal and make each piece unique.

Why does my artwork look different under different lighting?

Lighting has a significant impact on the appearance of metal wall art. Cool white lighting highlights colours and textures differently from warm yellow lighting. For maximum visual impact, we recommend displaying your artwork in a well-lit area or near natural light.

What should I do when my artwork arrives?

Please inspect your artwork immediately upon delivery. If there is any damage or loss during transit, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can lodge an insurance claim with the carrier.

Why do I need to open my artwork immediately?

We strongly recommend unpacking your artwork as soon as it arrives. Due to Australia’s climate and temperature fluctuations, prolonged storage may cause packaging materials such as bubble wrap to react with the artwork’s surface, particularly on printed metal finishes.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because many of our artworks are individually crafted or custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections.

Refunds or replacements are available if:

• The incorrect item was supplied.

• The product is faulty or significantly different from its description.

Are all artworks the same?

No. Many of our artworks are individually crafted and hand-textured. Small variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of the artistic process and ensure every piece is unique.

How long does delivery take?

Most artworks are custom-made to order. Delivery generally takes approximately 4  weeks, including production and shipping time.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the complexity of the design.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship both Australia-wide and internationally. Please contact us first.

All shipments include tracking and transit insurance for your peace of mind.

Which shipping companies do you use?

We primarily use Australia Post and Allied Express, along with other trusted freight providers when required.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Approximately 90% of our products include free shipping within Australia.

Additional freight charges may apply for oversized items, large custom orders, or deliveries to remote locations.

Can I combine multiple orders?

Yes. We can often combine multiple purchases into a single shipment where practical. Combined shipping may help reduce freight costs on larger orders.

Can I customise my artwork?

Yes. Many of our designs can be customised in:

How many colours do you offer?

We offer more than 100 colours and finishes across our product range.

We can also colour-match customer-supplied samples, with an accuracy of approximately 80% depending on the finish and material selected.

What materials are used in your artworks?

Our artworks are produced using a range of manufacturing methods, including:

• Aluminium fabrication

• CNC cutting

• Powder coating

• Hand-texturing

Some designs are laser cut, while others are flat panel designs or digitally printed artworks.

What warranty do you provide?

Indoor and Covered Areas

Our indoor artworks include a 20-year warranty against fading, rusting, and tarnishing indoor,  outdoor depending on sun all day or part shade will last 10 years outdoor full sun 

Outdoor Use

Our outdoor artworks include a 2-year warranty, which, when installed and maintained correctly, will last much longer

Can your artwork be used outdoors?

Yes. Many of our metal wall art designs are suitable for outdoor use. Please refer to the individual product description or contact us for recommendations on outdoor installations.

Powder Coating Care & Maintenance

To keep your Metalistik powder coated artwork looking its best for years to come, regular cleaning is recommended. Over time, dirt, dust, pollution, salt spray and other environmental contaminants can build up on the surface and affect the finish.

For most locations, we recommend cleaning your artwork every 6 months. If you live near the coast or in an industrial area, more frequent cleaning may be required to remove salt deposits and airborne contaminants.

Cleaning Instructions

1. Gently remove any loose dirt or debris using a soft wet sponge.
2. Wash the surface with a soft cloth or non-abrasive brush using warm water and a mild household detergent.
3. Rinse thoroughly with clean fresh water.
4. Allow the surface to air dry or wipe dry with a soft cloth.

Important

• Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads or harsh chemicals.
• Avoid detergents that require protective gloves, as these products are generally too aggressive for powder coated finishes.
• Strong solvents can damage the coating and may shorten its lifespan, even if the damage is not immediately visible.
• If you need to remove paint splashes, sealant residue or similar contaminants, Methylated Spirits, Turpentine or White Spirits can be used carefully without harming the powder coated surface.

With simple routine maintenance, your Metalistik powder coated artwork will continue to look great and provide many years of enjoyment.

Are the listed sizes the actual artwork size?

Yes. The dimensions listed represent the overall finished size of the artwork, including any spacing between multiple panels unless otherwise stated.

Can you make custom sizes?

Yes. Many designs can be manufactured to custom sizes. Please contact us with your required dimensions for a quote.

We can manufacture custom metal coverings and artwork for counters, bars, walls, and commercial installations.

All measurements supplied must be accurate. Metalistik cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
