Will my artwork look exactly like the photos?
Our artworks are professionally photographed under bright cool white lighting to showcase their colours, textures, and details. The appearance of the artwork may vary depending on your lighting conditions and display location.
Please note that colours may also appear slightly different on various computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices.
As many of our artworks are individually crafted, slight variations in colour, texture, and pattern are normal and make each piece unique.
Why does my artwork look different under different lighting?
Lighting has a significant impact on the appearance of metal wall art. Cool white lighting highlights colours and textures differently from warm yellow lighting. For maximum visual impact, we recommend displaying your artwork in a well-lit area or near natural light.
What should I do when my artwork arrives?
Please inspect your artwork immediately upon delivery. If there is any damage or loss during transit, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can lodge an insurance claim with the carrier.
Why do I need to open my artwork immediately?
We strongly recommend unpacking your artwork as soon as it arrives. Due to Australia’s climate and temperature fluctuations, prolonged storage may cause packaging materials such as bubble wrap to react with the artwork’s surface, particularly on printed metal finishes.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because many of our artworks are individually crafted or custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections.
